SwiftConnect Wireless LLC, an Authorized Partner of Verizon, is committed to providing high-quality customer support services. This Refund Policy explains your options if you are not satisfied with a paid service we provide.
Note: Verizon-billed charges (such as your monthly phone bill, device installments, or activation fees billed by Verizon) are governed by Verizon's own refund and credit policies. Refund requests for those charges must be made through Verizon. We can assist you in submitting such requests.
2. Free Consultations
Most of our inbound support calls are free of charge. There is no fee, subscription, or commitment required to speak with one of our specialists. If a call is free, no refund is necessary or applicable.
3. Paid Services — Satisfaction Guarantee
For any paid service we directly provide (such as premium remote troubleshooting, setup, or configuration services), we offer the following:
- 100% refund if the service was not delivered as described.
- Full refund if we are unable to resolve the issue you paid for.
- Partial refund if only part of the issue was resolved, calculated proportionally.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a paid service:
- Email support@swiftconnectwireless.com within 30 days of the service date.
- Include your name, phone number, date of service, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will respond within 3 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund through SwiftConnect Wireless LLC:
- Charges billed directly by Verizon (monthly service, device payments, activation fees billed by Verizon, taxes, surcharges)
- Devices, accessories, or hardware purchased through Verizon
- Services already fully delivered and accepted
- Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after service
For Verizon-billed items, please contact Verizon directly or ask us to assist you in opening a credit request.
6. Disputes
We aim to resolve every concern fairly. If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, please contact us at support@swiftconnectwireless.com and we will review your request again with a senior team member.
